“Good Golly, Miss Dolly!” That’s the name of the best Hannah Montana episode and what I said when I learned about Dolly Parton’s latest perfume launch.

After years of providing the world with affordable fragrances (and even more recently a line of bedazzled color cosmetics under her brand Dolly Beauty), the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame-r decided to do something a little different—and incredibly special—this holiday season. December 4 will mark the launch of Dolly Parton’s Crystal Edition Parfum, an extremely limited-edition fragrance that “encapsulates Dolly’s charm, elegance, and iconic sparkle.”

A more-concentrated version of her Scent from Above Eau de Parfum, the luxury fragrance features top notes of bergamot, Anjou pear, waterlily, and wild freesia. At its heart, you’ll find jasmine, orange blossom, rosebud, creme de cassis, and dahlia, while sandalwood, patchouli, and caramelized amber come in at the base.

In true Parton fashion, the fragrance comes housed in a crystal bottle that’s been crowned with a rhinestone studded butterfly cap—similar to the rhinestone-studded wings she wore for the campaign. (Which came first, do we think?) Due to the delicate nature of the bottle, it arrives with specific care instructions. You’ll want to always turn the butterfly cap counter-clockwise when opening, but can admire it at any angle.

Priced at $500, only 1,946 bottles of the fragrance are available—a nod to Parton’s birth year. Each is individually numbered and, naturally, the Dolly has bottle #1. I’d like to think number two belongs to Miley Cyrus, but maybe it could belong to you instead?

And while that price tag may seem steep, especially considering most of the brand’s fragrances top out at $59.99, listen: this is Dolly we’re talking about—she’d never steer you wrong. Plus, can you imagine how those rhinestones will catch light when placed on your vanity? Priceless.

“Every now and then, I’ll be going through some old boxes or drawers or something, and I’ll come across an old bottle of perfume, and it just brings that moment back to me,” Parton told Byrdie during a September interview. “It just washes over you like water somehow. So it does trigger your memories—some of them are not always so good and some are, but still, it will trigger your memories, no doubt about it.”

Here’s a chance to make some new memories with the icon. And if nothing else, a promise to never forget this brilliant campaign.
